Terms and Conditions

Ranch Wife Marketing, LLC — Ranch Wife Business Co.

Effective Date: October 20th, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of any product or service offered by Ranch Wife Marketing, LLC (owned and operated by Alisha Froelich), under either the Ranch Wife Marketing or the Ranch Wife Business Co. name. That includes coaching, consulting, Business Diagnostics, group and beta programs, memberships, System Builds and other implementation services, done-for-you and done-with-you social media services, courses, templates, trainings, speaking, and digital resources ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and your use of our website. Please read them carefully. By purchasing from us or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase from us or use our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product or service from us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 22, and your continued use means you accept the current version.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us or use our paid services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our Services

We help business owners build stronger foundations, simpler systems, clearer strategy, and effective marketing. We do this through one-on-one coaching and consulting, Business Diagnostics, group and cohort programs, beta programs, alumni memberships, done-for-you and assisted implementation ("System Builds"), done-for-you and done-with-you social media services, digital products and online courses, live and recorded trainings, guest speaking, templates, and related services. The specific features, access, inclusions, dates, and price of each offer are described on its sales or product page, or in a written scope or proposal, which forms part of your agreement with us.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our materials. All content we provide, whether on our website, within digital downloads, trainings, programs, or other materials, is owned by the Company or our licensors. This includes text, images, graphics, videos, slide decks, templates, workbooks, designs, frameworks, methods, and all other materials ("Content").

4.2 Limited license. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased Content for your own personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, share, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make our Content available to others. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our Content violates these Terms and may result in legal action.

4.3 What we build for your business. When we build or configure something specifically for your business, such as a workflow, system, dashboard, document, automation, or your own business records, you own that deliverable once it has been paid for in full. We keep ownership of our underlying frameworks, templates, methods, and know-how. You receive a permanent, non-transferable license to keep using any of our templates or materials built into your deliverable, for your own business. We may reuse general lessons learned from our work, without identifying you or your business.

5. Testimonials, Results, and Submissions

Anonymous use. We may use feedback, survey answers, results, and other information you share with us for marketing, training, research, and improving our services, as long as it is anonymous or de-identified. That means it does not include your name, your business name, or details that would reasonably identify you.

Identifying use: we ask first. We will ask for your permission before publicly using your name, your business name, a quote attributed to you, your image, or a result that identifies you or your business. You may withdraw that permission for future use at any time by emailing us. We cannot recall materials already published or distributed.

6. Purchases and Payments

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the Company (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We do not offer price adjustments for past purchases.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before access is granted, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Third-party financing. Some programs may be eligible for financing through an outside provider. Any financing agreement is between you and that provider, under their terms. Your obligations to the provider continue regardless of your participation in the program.

7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Some offers are recurring subscriptions (for example, Alumni Continuation memberships and monthly coaching). For these:

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, or as stated at checkout), and your payment method is charged the then-current rate, until you cancel. Each member's billing date is based on their own enrollment date.

  • You can cancel at any time, either through your customer account (where available) or by emailing alisha@ranchwifemarketing.com.

  • Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

  • Fixed-price programs paid in installments (for example, a multi-month coaching package) commit you to the full number of payments for that program. Stopping payments does not cancel the remaining balance owed.

  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause your access until the payment is resolved.

  • We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Any change applies to your next billing cycle.

8. Refunds, Credits, and Guarantees

8.1 All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds once a purchase is complete, except where a specific offer expressly states a money-back guarantee in writing at the time of purchase.

Where we offer a guarantee, it is a satisfaction or results guarantee fulfilled through additional coaching, support, or services as described in that offer. It does not entitle you to a monetary refund unless the offer expressly says so.

8.2 Credits. Some offers include a credit toward a future purchase. Credits:

  • have no cash value and are never refunded or paid out

  • are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred

  • apply only to the eligible offers listed below, or as stated in writing at the time of purchase

  • expire as stated below, and unused credits are forfeited

  • cannot be combined with other credits or discounts unless we say so in writing

Business Diagnostic implementation credit. A $150 credit toward an approved System Build, an approved coaching container, or eligible Alumni Continuation re-entry, if you purchase within 14 days of receiving your Business Diagnostic packet. It does not apply to one-off support calls.

Beta program credit. Where a beta program states that its fee may be credited toward a future program (for example, the November 2026 beta fee toward the January 2027 founding cohort), the credit applies only if you enroll before that program's enrollment closes. It expires when enrollment closes.

8.3 Chargebacks. By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute on a valid, completed purchase. If you have a billing concern, contact us first at alisha@ranchwifemarketing.com and we will work to make it right. We reserve the right to dispute and submit evidence against any chargeback we believe is invalid, and to suspend access to products or services while a dispute is pending.

9. Scheduled Calls and Virtual Services

One-on-one calls and Business Diagnostics:

  • Calls must be booked by the purchaser.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance by email to alisha@ranchwifemarketing.com.

  • Missed calls or late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded. Alisha may choose to reschedule at her discretion.

Group calls (cohorts, beta programs, alumni calls): Group calls are scheduled by us and are not rescheduled for individual attendance. Where a recording is provided, it is your way to catch up on a missed call. Program schedules may shift around holidays or as described on the sales page.

10. Recording, Confidentiality, and AI-Assisted Work

10.1 Recording. Coaching calls, Diagnostics, group calls, and live events may be recorded and transcribed, including with note-taking software. We use recordings and transcripts to deliver your service, give you a reference, keep quality high, and improve our programs, including anonymous insights as described in Section 5. Group call recordings are shared only with participants of that program. Every recorded call is announced at the start. If you prefer that a one-on-one call not be recorded on video or audio, tell us before or at the start of the call. We will not keep a video or audio file of that call, but we will still keep a written transcript and notes, made with AI note-taking software, so we can serve you well. By joining the call you consent to that transcription.

10.2 Your confidential information. We keep the non-public information you share about your business confidential. We use it only to deliver our services to you, and share it only with service providers who help us deliver those services and who are expected to protect it, or where required by law. This does not limit anonymous use under Section 5.

10.3 Group confidentiality. In group programs, members share real information about their businesses. You agree not to share another member's business information, hot-seat discussion, or any program recording outside the program.

10.4 AI-assisted work. We may use artificial intelligence and automation tools to help research, organize, prepare, and deliver our work, such as drafting a Business Diagnostic packet. Recommendations are reviewed and finalized by a person, and the diagnosis and judgment are ours. We take reasonable care with what we enter into these tools, and we do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. System Builds (Done-for-You and Assisted Implementation)

11.1 Scope. Each System Build is focused on the priority identified for your business and described in a written scope before work begins. Questions and explanation about that build are part of the service. New outcomes, additional systems, or work outside the written scope are new work, and we will quote them separately before starting.

11.2 Your part. Builds depend on timely access, information, and feedback from you. Delays on your side extend the timeline. If we do not hear from you for 90 days, we may consider the build complete as delivered to that point, with no refund. We know busy seasons happen, so we will check in before that point.

11.3 Account access. You will give us access to the accounts and tools the build requires. You remain the owner of your accounts and are responsible for your own subscriptions and fees. We use access only for your project. Wherever possible we use user or delegated access rather than your personal login. You may revoke access at any time, and we recommend reviewing and removing our access after handoff. We will never need your banking passwords.

11.4 Third-party tools. Builds often use outside software. We do not control those companies and are not responsible for their outages, pricing, policy changes, or feature changes. Your use of those tools is governed by their terms.

11.5 Your approval before anything goes live. You decide how far automation goes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any automation, message, or workflow before it goes live, especially anything that contacts your customers, handles money, or affects your reputation.

11.6 Handoff. Each build includes documentation and teaching so you understand what was built, how to use it, and what to do if something changes. After handoff, ongoing maintenance and changes are your responsibility unless they are covered by a separate coaching or support agreement.

12. Programs, Beta Programs, Alumni, and Community

12.1 Beta programs. Beta programs are early versions of a program, offered at a reduced price. Content may be adjusted week to week based on what the group needs, and your feedback helps shape the final program.

12.2 Cohorts. Cohort dates, length, and inclusions are described on the sales page. A program may include a scheduled break or flex week, which may extend the calendar length without adding instructional content.

12.3 Alumni Continuation. Group Alumni Continuation is available only to graduates of a Ranch Wife Business Co. cohort or to previous one-on-one coaching clients. You must join within 30 days of completing your qualifying program. One-on-one alumni pricing is available only to clients who previously committed to a one-on-one container of three months or longer. If you cancel and later want to return, you will first need to complete another current program or a Business Diagnostic. After cancellation, access to the community, hosted resources, recordings, and future updates ends. Materials you legitimately downloaded while active may be kept under Section 4.

12.4 Community expectations. Our communities do not promise constant founder presence, daily activity, or guaranteed response times.

12.5 Live demonstrations. During live events we may work through a real attendee's business as a demonstration. We only do this with your explicit opt-in. You may withdraw before the demonstration begins. Your business will be discussed in front of the live audience and may appear in a recording.

12.6 Acceptable use. When you join a membership, group program, or community space we host, you agree to take part respectfully and lawfully. You will not harass, threaten, spam, or harm other members; post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; share or resell our materials or other members' content; or use the community to promote your own offers without permission.

We may moderate, edit, or remove content, and may suspend or remove any member who violates these Terms or disrupts the community, with or without notice and without a refund.

13. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive text messages from us, including appointment and call reminders, customer support, two-way conversations, and occasional promotional or event messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Affiliate Program and Advertising Disclosure

We run an affiliate program through which partners may earn a commission for referring customers to us. If you participate as an affiliate, separate affiliate program terms apply to you.

We may also recommend tools or products and, in some cases, earn a commission or other compensation if you purchase through our links. We share strategies and examples for educational purposes only. Any results referenced are not a promise of your results (see Section 16).

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any product, membership, or service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, initiate an invalid chargeback, or misuse our Content or community. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the subscription, payment-plan, and refund terms in Sections 7 and 8.

16. Warranties and Disclaimers

All products, courses, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee or promise specific results, earnings, or business outcomes from the use of our products, trainings, or strategies. Every business, industry, and market is different, and results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your own skills, effort, commitment, and how you apply the information provided. Your success is ultimately your responsibility and may vary significantly from others who use our materials.

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Not professional advice. We provide business coaching, consulting, and implementation. We are not attorneys, accountants, tax advisors, or financial advisors. Discussions about pricing, profitability, record keeping, contracts, or policies are for business planning purposes. Consult a qualified professional for legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

17. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use, or inability to use, our products, services, or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our products, services, or website, or your violation of these Terms.

19. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please email alisha@ranchwifemarketing.com so we can try to resolve it. Most concerns are resolved this way. You agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before starting a formal proceeding.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and the Company agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products and services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except as stated below. Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its rules, and may take place in North Dakota or remotely.

Class-action waiver. You and the Company agree to bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing alisha@ranchwifemarketing.com with your name and a clear statement that you opt out. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts described in Section 21.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Dakota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our products, services, or website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

23. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any offer-specific terms or written scope, are the entire agreement between you and the Company.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms stay in effect.

  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

  • Electronic communications: You consent to receive communications and agreements from us electronically, and you agree that electronic agreements meet any legal requirement that they be in writing.
