Living the ranch life before I ever taught it.

My Story

In less than two years, what started as an idea during midnight feedings and nap-time hustle turned into a profitable business that’s changing lives, including mine.

Seeing a gap & stepping in to fill it.

The Spark Behind the Business

I've watched many ranch wives launch side businesses; selling beef, baked goods, handmade items, boutique products and struggle to gain customers. Not because they lacked talent, but because they didn't know how to market themselves.

Growing Up Rural

Hi, I'm Alisha!

Being raised around horses, dirt roads, and small-town values, from a very young age, I knew I wanted a life in agriculture. This dream led me to college, where I graduated with a double major in Animal Science and Equine Science with a pre-vet emphasis, planning to become a veterinarian.

During my final years of college, I realized that life as a large animal vet wouldn't align with the family-centered life I wanted. So I made the difficult decision to skip vet school and follow my heart back to ranch life.

This is what led me to my husband's fourth-generation cattle and Quarter Horse ranch. The Froelich family continues their nearly 80-year tradition of breeding American Quarter Horses and over 100 years of raising cattle; from dairy cows to beef, building a our SimAngus herd today.

I spent two years working full-time alongside my husband and father-in-law, calving heifers, feeding cattle, and living the ranch life I'd always dreamed of.

Wanting to contribute financially, I joined the Farm Service Agency. Over five years, I learned USDA programs inside and out while working with all types of producers; grain farmers, ranchers, dairymen, and more. I witnessed firsthand the challenges facing agriculture: unpredictable markets, natural disasters, and the incredible resilience it takes to survive.

Learning, testing, and taking the leap.

Building a Business From the Ground Up

What started small quickly became a passion.

While at FSA and living on the ranch, I started helping market my family’s operation. Working with my husband and his family, we shared our story through social media, print ads, and radio. I saw how powerful marketing could be in agriculture and how few people were using it effectively.

Between building a home, working full-time, nap times, late nights, and early mornings, I dove into marketing education. I took courses, studied strategies, and learned what worked online, especially for rural and agricultural businesses.

I spent months testing everything I'd learned.

By experimenting with agricultural and non-agricultural pages, affiliate marketing, and tweaked strategies to match the ranch lifestyle, I built a method that felt authentic, effective, and sustainable.

Growing to Serve More Women

Where we are now.

Eventually, I launched my coaching and consulting services, helping western and agricultural women grow their online presence with clarity and confidence.

Clients began landing new customers, gaining traction, and finally seeing their hard work pay off.

But not every woman has the time or desire to learn it all themselves. So more and more, I heard:  “Can you just do it for me?

So, I've expanded again, offering done-for-you services for those who just needed someone to take the reins.

Today, what started as a nap-time dream has grown into a full-service marketing agency. I’ve built a team of passionate, agriculture-based women, and together we support clients through:

  • DIY (Do-It-Yourself): Self-guided resources and courses
  • DWY (Done-With-You): Coaching and consulting programs
  • DFY (Done-For-You): Full social media and marketing support

And now, as we prepare to welcome baby number two, my mission stays true: Helping rural women grow businesses that match their lifestyle.

Because rural businesses deserve to thrive.
And your story deserves to be told.

My mission.

Helping rural women grow businesses that match their lifestyle.

Because rural businesses deserve to thrive.
And your story deserves to be told!
