1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and their instant access and/or downloadability, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued after purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy. 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing any product or service from Ranch Wife Marketing, LLC (including Alisha Froelich) (referred to as “Company”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or making any purchases.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (the "Site"), including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, training materials, designs, logos, and other assets (the “Content”), is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or exploit the Content for any public or commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. User Submissions

Any comments, suggestions, or materials (e.g., ideas, designs, or content) submitted to the Company become the Company’s property, with no obligation of confidentiality or compensation to you. The Company reserves the right to use these submissions in any manner, including for commercial purposes.

While reasonable efforts are made to protect your data, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

8. Purchases and Payments

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring timely payment. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the Company is not obligated to offer price adjustments for promotional offers or discounts.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before download, your sole remedy is a refund or replacement, at the Company's discretion.

 9. Scheduled Calls

For products or services that include scheduled calls:

Calls must be booked by the purchaser.

Cancellations must be made via email at alisha@ranchwifemarketing.com at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend or reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the call, with no refunds or credits provided. 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Dakota.

12. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
