We only collect what we need to run our business and serve you well.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) and Your Consent

If you provide your phone number through our website forms or call-scheduling pages and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment and call reminders, customer support replies, two-way conversations, and occasional promotional or event messages.

  • Consent: We only send texts to people who have opted in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.

  • Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile data. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Any other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent.

We send text messages through our platform’s messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you have asked to receive. They process this data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf. This includes our website and e-commerce platform (Simplero), email delivery providers (such as SendGrid and Amazon SES), our SMS provider (Twilio), payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal), our analytics and advertising tools, and our own team and contractors. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us and must keep it confidential.

  • Advertising and analytics partners. As described in Section 8, we use tools from Meta and Google that may receive online activity data to help us measure performance and show relevant ads.

  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or our business.

  • Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

As stated in Section 4, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored on secure servers operated by our platform provider and its cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services). We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site, and measure the performance of our content and offers. Some cookies support analytics and advertising, which we describe in Section 8. Many of the cookies our site uses are set by the Simplero platform, including a cookie that remembers which affiliate referred you (see Section 10).

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

8. Advertising and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses tracking technologies from third parties, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics). These tools help us understand how visitors find and use our site, measure how our content performs, and, now or in the future, show you relevant ads on other platforms (including Google Ads) and measure how those ads perform.

These technologies may collect your device and usage information and connect it with your activity across other sites and apps. Under some state privacy laws, using data this way for targeted advertising is treated as “sharing.” You can opt out:

  • Adjust your browser and device settings to limit cookies and tracking.

  • Use the ad controls offered by Google (at adssettings.google.com) and Meta (in your account settings).

  • Use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (at optout.aboutads.info).

We do not use SMS or mobile phone opt-in data for advertising, and we never share it with ad platforms.

9. Social Media

We maintain a presence on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. When you follow us, message us, comment, or otherwise interact with us on social media, we may collect the information you share (such as your name, handle, and the content of your messages) and use it to respond to you, provide support, and tell you about our products and services.

These platforms are run by the companies that own them, not by us, and your activity there is also governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy settings on any social platform you use.

10. Affiliate Program

We run an affiliate program that lets partners earn a commission for referring customers to us. When you arrive through an affiliate link, a cookie records which affiliate referred you so we can credit them. We process referral and commission data to run the program. Affiliates do not receive your personal information beyond what is needed to confirm and pay a referral.

11. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, as long as needed to provide our products and services, or as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 12).

12. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Correct information that is inaccurate

  • Delete your personal information

  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link), texts (reply STOP), and targeted advertising (see Section 8)

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

To exercise any of these rights, email alisha@ranchwifemarketing.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information. We may “share” certain online identifiers with advertising partners for targeted advertising as described in Section 8, and you can opt out of that sharing using the methods listed there.

EU and UK residents (GDPR): You have the rights listed above and may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We process your data to fulfill our contract with you, to comply with the law, with your consent, or based on our legitimate interests in running our business.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

14. Third-Party Links

Our site and content may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies before sharing your information.

15. International Visitors

We are based in the United States and our service providers store data in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of our website and services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
